• Automotive Service Advisor
• Master L1 / A-Level Automotive Technician

Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with both customers and technicians in a fast-paced repair facility.

Service Advisor Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and service needs
• Prepare and present repair estimates and recommended maintenance
• Clearly explain inspection results and repair recommendations to customers
• Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status, repairs, and customer concerns
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Schedule appointments and assist with managing the daily workflow
• Follow up with customers and help build long-term relationships
• Maintain accurate repair orders and customer records

What We're Looking For

• Automotive knowledge and the ability to explain repairs clearly and confidently

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred

Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Master L1 / A-Level Technician | Monday-Friday | No Weekends

We are looking for an experienced, full-time Master L1 Technician or A-Level Automotive Technician to join our team.

If you're an experienced technician looking for a professional shop with a steady workload, modern diagnostic equipment, strong earning potential, and no weekend work, we'd like to hear from you.

Technician Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform complete, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Troubleshoot complex vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding vehicle and customer concerns
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and stand behind your repairs

Technician Qualifications

• Master L1 Technician or experienced A-Level Technician preferred
• Minimum 4 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Commitment to accurate, honest, high-quality repairs

Automotive Technician Pay & Schedule

Technician Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Expected Hours: Approximately 45 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekends

The $35.00-$50.00 hourly pay range listed above applies to the Automotive Technician position.
